Contact

One address, read by a person, usually answered within two working days.

Zagi Frames is operated by Zagi Frames. There is no contact form, no ticketing system and no chatbot — just an email address that a person reads. If you write to us about a measurement, you will get an answer from someone who has framed one.

Please put the reason in the subject line — Correction, Question, Permission, Copyright, Privacy or Accessibility — so it reaches the right person quickly.

What to include

A specific message gets a specific answer. The things that help most:

  • The URL of the page you are writing about, so we are looking at the same thing.
  • The actual measurements if it is a sizing question — the artwork, the frame, and whether a mat is involved. "Will this fit?" is unanswerable without numbers.
  • What you already tried, if something has gone wrong. It saves us both a round trip.

What we can help with

  • Corrections. A wrong measurement, a broken link, an out-of-date claim. Tell us which page and we will check it. Confirmed corrections are made with a note on the page saying what changed and when — we do not quietly edit errors out of existence.
  • Questions about a guide. If something is unclear, that is usually our fault and worth fixing for everyone. Questions frequently become new sections.
  • Permissions. Quoting a short passage with a link needs no permission. Republishing a whole guide, a chart or a table does — ask first, and say where it will appear.
  • Copyright complaints. We publish our own writing and our own illustrations, but if you believe something here infringes your rights, write with the subject line "Copyright" and the details set out in our terms of use. Properly formed notices are answered within 48 hours.
  • Privacy requests. Access, correction or deletion of personal data, as set out in the privacy policy. Use the subject line "Privacy", or "CCPA Request" if you are writing as a California resident.
  • Accessibility problems. If any page is hard to read, navigate by keyboard, or use with a screen reader, we treat that as a bug and prioritise it like a correction.

What we cannot help with

  • Valuations. We cannot tell you what an antique frame is worth. That needs someone with the frame physically in front of them — an auction house or a specialist dealer is the right call.
  • Orders and returns. We do not sell frames and have no relationship with any retailer, so we cannot look up an order, chase a delivery or process a refund. If you reached us looking for a shop, you have the wrong site.
  • Identifying or authenticating artwork. We write about frames, not about what goes in them.
  • Guest posts, sponsored content and link placements. We do not accept any of them, at any price. Messages offering them are deleted unread — see our editorial policy for why.

Response times

Corrections are prioritised above everything else in the inbox and are usually acknowledged within one working day. General questions take two to three. Copyright notices are answered within 48 hours. Privacy requests are answered within the statutory period that applies to you, and in any case within 30 days.

We are a small editorial operation rather than a support desk, so we do not work weekends. If something is urgent, say so in the subject line.

Press and research

Journalists and researchers are welcome to quote our guides with attribution and a link. If you need a figure verified, or want to know how we arrived at a measurement, write with the subject line "Press" and we will show our working.
